Apex Rosario is the new residential project developed by Apex Group in Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad. The project consists of four towers and an inventory of 570 units covering an area of about 5.5 acres. There are three different options available in the project that include 2 BHK, 3 BHK and 4 BHK units with listed super areas ranging between 1,610 and 3,400 sq. ft. The development also features a 35,000 sq. ft. clubhouse and has been designed keeping in mind the concept of landscape greenery and podium planning.
