NRI City is a residential township situated at Mainawati Marg, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, developed by Vinayak Shree Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. The NRI City is located on Mainawati Marg, which is also known as Bithoor Road corridor in Kanpur. The location is connected to Ganga Barrage Road, GT Road and Kalyanpur Road. NRI City was launched in May 2012, with Phase 2 of the project being launched in April 2017. The project is registered under Uttar Pradesh RERA, with a registration number of UPRERAPRJ5975 and a new project completion deadline of 30 June 2021. The township is indicated as ready to move into, though the possession status of each property may be variable depending on which part of the township one refers to. Housing consists of flats, villas, and independent homes. Although the RERA schedule acts as the reference to completion of the registered project, possession status of the particular unit shall be as per the individual completion and possession schedule.
